Over the course of a dynamic career, he has supported a diverse portfolio of retirement plans—ranging from startup 401(k)s to complex defined benefit arrangements—delivering strategic guidance and operational excellence to plan sponsors and their participants.
Scott holds a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), reflecting a strong technical foundation in plan design and compliance. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Nazareth University and later completed an MBA at the Saunders Business School at Rochester Institute of Technology.
Known for a consultative approach and a deep understanding of industry best practices, Scott has led cross-functional teams, driven operational improvements, and championed initiatives to enhance financial wellness and retirement readiness.
